Experienced Litigation Attorneys
We are expanding our team and are looking for two experienced litigation attorneys. These positions will focus on complex insurance-related litigation involving personal injury, wrongful death, economic loss, and property damage. There will also be opportunities to practice with our products liability and transportation litigation groups. Ideal candidates will have excellent interpersonal and written communication skills with a proven track record of independently managing files.

Professional Law Firm Administrator
HAWS-KM, a 20-lawyer firm representing clients nationwide on complex matters, is in search of an experienced, hard-working, service-oriented replacement for their retiring Director of Administration.
The Firm Administrator will oversee all aspects of day-to-day operations and management of the firm. This includes direct management and oversite for the firm’s operations team consisting of accounting, facilities, human resources, business systems and IT. This position reports to the firm owners and is a member of the Management Committee.
Duties and Responsibilities
The Firm Administrator will have a proven track record of managing a law firm and will be expected to perform the following:
- Oversee Accounting Team
- Oversee Human Resources
- Oversee IT
- Oversee facilities maintenance
- Liaison between staff and attorneys for employee issues and general staff communication
- Review, implement and manage vendor and key supplier agreements/contracts
- Effectively resolve issues across all areas of the firm – must be comfortable addressing issues, solving problems and making decisions.
